I am passionate about providing genuine, kind, and compassionate support that helps people build confidence, independence, and meaningful everyday lives.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, spending time in nature, exercising, and being with family and friends. Italy is my dream destination, I enjoy feel-good music, and I live by the motto: Always be kind.
Eboney
Team Leader
Eboney is a reliable and dedicated Team Leader at Caterpillar Care Support Services. She is inspired each day by the opportunity to make a positive difference, even in small ways. Supporting others, leading with kindness, and helping people feel seen and supported gives true meaning to her work and motivates her to show up with purpose every day. Taylor is a friendly, caring, and outgoing NDIS Support Worker who is passionate about helping people live the life they choose. She believes that great support is built on genuine connections, trust, and encouraging independence. With a positive attitude and a love for meeting new people, Taylor brings warmth, reliability, and enthusiasm to every participant she supports.
Her passion for teamwork and empowering others extends beyond support work. As both a soccer player and coach for a younger girls’ team, she loves inspiring confidence, building strong relationships, and helping others reach their potential. Whether she’s exploring new places, enjoying photography, or trying something outside her comfort zone, Taylor brings an adventurous spirit and uplifting energy that makes every day brighter for the people around her.

Makayla is a warm, compassionate NDIS Support Worker who believes that even the smallest act of kindness can make a meaningful difference. Although she is new to the industry, she brings a natural passion for caring for others and is committed to helping participants feel safe, respected, and empowered in their everyday lives. Her reliable, positive, and person-centred approach allows her to build trust and create a supportive environment where individuals can thrive.
Her greatest strength comes from being a mum. Raising two young children has taught her patience, empathy, resilience, and the importance of creating calm, nurturing spaces. Combined with her love for the outdoors, animals, and hands-on learning, Makayla brings genuine warmth and understanding into every support she provides—making participants feel valued, heard, and cared for.
Lorenzy
Support Worker
Lorenzy-Ella is one of the caring and dedicated support worker at Caterpillar Care Support Services. With a genuine passion for empowering people, Lorenzy believes that every participant deserves to live with confidence, independence, and dignity. Her calm, patient, and optimistic nature helps her build meaningful relationships and create a safe, supportive environment for everyone she works with.
Her love for adventure and connection. Having lived in six different countries, she brings a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and enjoys learning about people from all walks of life. Whether she’s Latin dancing, playing volleyball, reading, travelling, or playing the piano and guitar, Lorenzy brings positive energy and creativity into her supports—making every interaction engaging, encouraging, and truly person-centred.
Jerin
Support Worker
Jerin is a compassionate and dependable NDIS Support Worker with over 2 years of hands-on experience in aged care and disability support. He is passionate about helping individuals maintain their independence while ensuring they always feel respected, valued, and supported. With a calm and patient approach, Jerin creates meaningful connections and provides person-centred care tailored to each participant’s unique needs and goals.
His ability to adapt to new environments and connect effortlessly with people from diverse backgrounds. Fluent in English, Malayalam, and Hindi, Jerin brings cultural understanding and excellent communication to every support he provides. Whether he’s assisting with daily living, encouraging independence, or simply brightening someone’s day, his genuine kindness and reliable nature make him a trusted companion for participants and their families.
