I am the Director and a Support Worker at Caterpillar Care Support Worker, a small, values-driven support service that I proudly lead. I have over five years of experience in the disability and community services sector, where caring for others has always come naturally to me.
I am passionate about providing genuine, kind, and compassionate support that helps people build confidence, independence, and meaningful everyday lives.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, spending time in nature, exercising, and being with family and friends. Italy is my dream destination, I enjoy feel-good music, and I live by the motto: Always be kind.
Eboney
Team Leader
Eboney is a reliable and dedicated Team Leader at Caterpillar Care Support Services. She is inspired each day by the opportunity to make a positive difference, even in small ways. Supporting others, leading with kindness, and helping people feel seen and supported gives true meaning to her work and motivates her to show up with purpose every day.
